In connection with this, the Company wishes to invite applications from interested firms (both current and prospective providers) for the provision of the following goods and services:

Interested firms are advised to submit the following mandatory documents:

1. Application letter for inclusion in the panel
2. Company profile containing CVs of the technical staff and the region/town where you can offer the
3. Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration Certificate
4. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
5. Current CR12 certificate - issued in the last 3 months
6. National Identity cards of the Directors
7. Audited Accounts for the last 3 years
8. Certified bank statement for the last 6 months
9. Recommendation letters (not more than 2 months old) from at least 3 Insurance companies for claims service providers and reputable clients for other services
10. Relevant current practicing license (where applicable)
11. 2022 trading licence from the County Government where you are operating from
12. Current insurance policies for the firm
13. A commitment on the allowed credit period signed by Directors
14. Evidence of Mpesa payment of the Non-refundable application fee of 5,000/= per category.

Kindly use our Mpesa Paybill No. 553201 and the Category Ref No.(above) of the service/ goods that you are applying for as the Account Number.

NB

1. The above documents should be scanned in original and emailed to: procurement@geminia.co.ke
2. On the email subject, clearly indicate the Category Ref of the service/goods that you are applying for only.

The closing date for the applications will be Friday, 23rd September 2022 at 5.00pm (East African Time) and any application that will be received after this deadline will be rejected.

Geminia Insurance Company Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject an application wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
